company, Amy analyzes corporate practices and their impacts in the

rights.
With over eight years
experience in socially responsible investing, Amy has successfully
engaged many
companies in dialogue aimed at improving their corporate responsibility
records
and has worked on a number of Calvert's initiatives, including efforts
promoting board diversity and equal employment opportunities, with a
particular
focus on rights and protections for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and
transgender
workers. Recognizing that corporations can and should play a vital role
in
empowering women, Amy also helped develop the Calvert Women’s
Principles, the
first global code of conduct focused on empowering, advancing, and
investing in
women worldwide. Amy collaborates with
institutional investors, non-profit groups, and other experts to
enhance and
intensify Calvert’s efforts, and frequently writes and speaks on these
issues
to various internal and external stakeholders.
Amy also serves on
the
Steering Committee of the Social Investment Research Analyst Network. As Amnesty International’s Stop Violence
Against Women Campaign Coordinator for the state of Maryland and a
member of
the D.C. Women’s Human Rights Action Team, Amy extends her diversity

Peter

David W. Dube has

Barney Frank
Barney Frank has been
in Congress since 1981. He is the Chairman of the Financial
Services Committee. Previously he was a Massachusetts State
Representative and an assistant to the Mayor of Boston. He
has also taught at several Boston area universities.
Richard
Gann
Richard D. Gann serves as vice president of sales and marketing for Triple Net
Properties, LLC. He administers the national
training and education programs, oversees the development of sales
publications and marketing programs, and assists the sales desk with
complex §1031 exchange issues.
Gann
has ten years of experience as an attorney in real estate, commercial,
leasing, taxation and estate planning, and served as vice president and
general counsel for a commercial property tax auditing firm. He has
taught hundreds of legal and financial seminars, and is a certified
senior advisor. In 2006, Gann co-authored Proposition 83 (aka
"Jessica’s Law") in California, the latest of several Gann
family-authored ballot initiatives dating back to the historic
Proposition 13 that was passed in 1978. In 1996, Gann served as a

Legislature. As a financial advisor, he has represented Smith Barney, a

Frederick
Hertz
A native of St. Paul, Minnesota,
Frederick Hertz graduated from Boalt
Hall (University of California. Berkeley School of Law, 1981), clerked
with the Minnesota Supreme Court (1981-1982), and subsequently received
a Master's Degree in Urban Geography from the University of California,
Berkeley (1991).
Mr.
Hertz practices real estate and land use law in Oakland, California.
His real property practice emphasizes the formation and dissolution of
real property co-ownership agreements, especially the resolution of
property and financial disputes between unmarried couples (both
same-sex and opposite-sex couples) and domestic partners, and purchase
& sale and other real property matters. He provides both
transaction and litigation counsel and also serves as a mediator and
arbitrator, with an emphasis on real property disputes and
non-marital/domestic partner dissolutions.
Mr.
Hertz writes and speaks nationally on property issues facing unmarried
partners. He is the author of Legal Affairs: Essential Advice for
Same-Sex Couples (Owl Books) and co-author of two Nolo Press books:
Legal Guide for Lesbian and Gay Couples and Living
Together: A Legal Guide for Unmarred Couples. Mr. Hertz has

Lawrence (Larry)
Jacobs has developed a practice in helping same-sex couples protect
their assets and loved
ones
through partnership planning. He also has more than 30 years'
experience representing
local
businesses in a wide range of matters, including business
transactions, contracts
and employment
law. He is frequently asked to consult on management and
marketing issues. He
is licensed

Larry has been a highly
visible spokesman for the civil rights of the GLBT community. Passionately interested
in the well-being of students, he co-founded the Safe Schools Coalition
of Montgomery County

seven years and had management responsibility for programs and services

Keller

She is also responsible for the creation, launch and management of a
new brand targeting the women's segment of the LGBT market.
Anne
is a seasoned marketer with 15 years of experience across various
online, video game and sports-related businesses. Most recently, she
was director of marketing at MyPoints, the Internet's foremost loyalty
points program, where she drove new membership rates to record levels
while reducing acquisition costs. Her experience also includes roles as
director of marketing at e-commerce player Fogdog Sports and video game
giant Sega of America, where she led game system and software marketing
as well as managed relationships with the four major professional
sports leagues. Anne also brings experience in strategic planning from
her days as a consultant at Bain & Co.
Anne
graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Economics from
Dartmouth College. She also holds an M.B.A. from Stanford's Graduate
School of Business. A passionate surfer and all-around outdoor sports
freak, Anne co-founded the NorCal Women's Surf Club which has over 700
members to date. She is also a certified USSA 50' class skipper, PADI
diver and was a member of the U.S. Women's Lacrosse Team from
1990-1992. Anne has lived one month or more on every continent except
Antarctica (where the surfing's just a little too cold).
Lisa Ayn Padilla, J.D., LL.M.
With
a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from
Boston University, Lisa is admitted to practice law in the state and
federal courts of New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, the First and
Second U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and
the United States Supreme Court.
Lisa
is an Adjunct Professor for New York Law School’s LL.M. Program in
Taxation, teaching business planning, wealth transfer tax and advanced
estate planning. She has been a panelist and speaker for a
variety of organizations, including testifying before the New Jersey
Assembly regarding the Family Equality Act; the American Red Cross for
recipients of the Victim’s Compensation Fund; Bank of New York on
Estate Planning for Unmarried Couples; New York County Lawyers’
Association on Planning for Alternative Families; Financial Planners’
Association on Beyond Ozzie and Harriet, Planning for the
Non-Traditional Family; and the Wedding Expo held in New York City,
where Lisa was quoted in the New York Times. Additionally,
